Who this is between
Kerb and the site at kerb.jaymee.dev are made and run by the independent developer of Kerb, based in the United Kingdom. “We” in these terms means that developer. Downloading, installing, or running Kerb, or using this site, means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Kerb.
Kerb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Kunos Simulazioni or BeamNG GmbH. Assetto Corsa and BeamNG.drive are the trademarks of their owners.

What Kerb does
Kerb runs on your computer. It reads an Assetto Corsa track you already have installed and writes an unpacked BeamNG mod into your BeamNG.drive user folder. Nothing is uploaded to us and no copy of your track passes through our servers.
Before it writes, Kerb deletes any earlier copy of the same mod from BeamNG's
temp/levels,levelsandmods/unpackedfolders so the game loads the new one. Back up anything in those folders you want to keep before you run a conversion. - 03
The tracks are yours to answer for
A track is someone else's work. Kunos circuits ship under the Assetto Corsa licence, and most community tracks come with their own terms. Kerb gives you no rights in a track that you did not already have, and it does not change who owns it.
Only convert tracks you have the right to use. In particular:
- Do not publish, share, or sell a converted level unless you own the track or its author has allowed it.
- Do not use Kerb to get around a technical measure that protects a track.
- Do not present a converted level as your own work, or as the work of Kunos Simulazioni or BeamNG GmbH.
- 04
Provided as is
Kerb is free, and it is provided as is. We do not promise that it will convert a given track, that a converted level will load or look right in BeamNG.drive, or that Kerb will keep working with future versions of either game. We may change or stop offering Kerb or this site at any time.

Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage from using Kerb or this site, including lost files, a broken game installation, lost time, or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.
If you use Kerb as a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country gives you that these terms cannot take away.
