Privacy notice
What we see, and what we don't.
This site keeps ordinary server logs. The Kerb program keeps nothing and sends nothing. That is the whole of it.

Who is responsible
The developer of Kerb runs this site and is the data controller for the little it collects. Reach us at contact@jaymee.dev.

When you visit the site
When you open a page or download the program, the web server records an access log entry, as web servers do. It holds your IP address, the time, the address you asked for, the page that sent you, and your browser's user-agent string.
We use those logs to keep the site running, to spot abuse, and to count downloads. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site. Logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted. We do not use them to identify you, combine them with other data, or share them with anyone except the provider that hosts the server.

No cookies, no tracking
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to.

When you run Kerb
Kerb works entirely on your computer. It does not connect to the internet, send usage data or crash reports, or check for updates.
To do its job it reads, on your machine only:
- Steam's library list, to find your Assetto Corsa installation, or a folder or zip you point it at.
- The files of the track you choose to convert.

When you email us
If you write to us we keep the message and your address for as long as we need them to reply and to deal with what you raised.

Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing it. Given what we keep, in most cases the answer will be that we hold nothing that identifies you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
